Privacy Policy
The Ministry of National Guard’s portal, Sang.gov.sa, places the confidentiality of its users' and visitors' information as a top priority. - Right to Access: Request a copy of their personal data through the available communication channels. Response time: 5 business days.
- Right to Correction: Request corrections to inaccurate, incorrect, or incomplete data. Response time: 5 business days.
- Right to Erasure: Request the deletion of personal data if its purpose has been fulfilled, without conflicting with legal or operational obligations.
- Right to Object: Object to the collection, processing, storage, or sharing of their personal data without explicit or implicit consent.
- Right to Restrict Processing: Request the limitation of data processing for specific purposes.
- Right to Data Portability: Request the transfer of their personal data to another entity for a fee determined by the Ministry.
7. Sharing Personal Data
Data is shared for lawful and justified purposes to serve the public interest while safeguarding national interests, individual privacy, and environmental safety. Data excluded by royal orders is not subject to sharing policies.

The Ministry commits to ensuring high levels of security to protect the data provided. Sensitive data is encrypted and safeguarded from leakage, misuse, or unauthorized access. Data is processed and stored within the Kingdom to maintain digital sovereignty unless explicit written approval is granted by regulatory authorities for processing outside the Kingdom.

The Ministry is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the portal. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the data they provide and for keeping it updated.
